Casts From the Past is a recurring retrospective of select Palladio GFRG projects.

Now that a full 8 foot length of this cornice is complete, it can be molded and cast as many times as needed for the Times Square project..

This dentil crown moulding is unreal. No, it’s really unreal! It’s a 3D rendering for Chopard in New York. Our 3D digital mock-ups allow clients to instantly select or update what they need and see it in situ.

This interlacement was modeled after a soffit ornament in Heidelberg Castle’s Otto Heinrich Building. It’s the latest addition to our ever-expanding digital 3D collection.

Digital mock-ups, like this custom-drawn 3D model of a capital, bracket, and lintel surround, allow rapid prototyping, iterations, and client approval without wasting actual materials and worker hours.

Believe it or not, this door surround was a client’s “back of the napkin” doodle. Now that it’s been formalized and approved, this 3D model will be the guide going forward.
