Casts From the Past is a recurring retrospective of select Palladio GFRG projects.

A pattern for a modillion block cornice that is very sharp and extra chonky at the same time.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

This non-classical piece was custom designed and manufactured. The tile was shaped by hand and eye, making sure that the edges matched identically and the waves flowed endlessly.

This capital will eventually embellish a pilaster. Pilasters are similar to columns except they’re rectilinear and are built into a wall. Generally, modern pilasters are purely decorative.

Spa day for these old Victorian medallions. They’ll be puzzled together, repaired, and the gaps will be re-sculpted. Moulded and cast, they will return to their reno’d home in NYC.
